Big blue melt blown filter cartridges refers to 4.5" outer diameter melt blown filters, usually work as sediment filter for POE water treatment systems. The bigger outer diameter allows multi-rates design layered from outside to inside of the cartridge.

STRUCTURE

      PP Spun filter cartridge is a tube-shaped product, which is made of polypropylene through melting, spraying, drawing, receiving and processes. Standard PP filters big blue are in a weight range of 350-400g per 10" . And their micron range is 1 - 100micron. And big meshes PP filter's micron range is 75-100micron. Big blue melt blown filter is a series of 4.5" jumbo water filters, compatible with big blue filter housings. With its larger diameter and thicker layers, the capacity is longer. Use as commercial and whole house sediment filter.

Available sizes: 4.5"x10", 4.5"x20".
Micron rates: 1micron, 5micron, 10micron, 20micron, 50micron, 100micron.
